Responsibilities:

  • Define and standardize talent pools by creating clear talent definitions applicable across various roles and industries.
  • Develop robust assessment methodologies to effectively identify and categorize talent according to skills and potential.
  • Research potential clients to understand their business needs and tailor pitches that highlight the advantages of partnering with our platform.
  • Evaluate talent rigorously to ensure compatibility and excellence, aligning with client demands and industry standards.
  • Create and execute marketing strategies to promote clients, enhancing their visibility and professional opportunities.
  • Negotiate business deals, focusing on beneficial terms for both talent and clients to foster long-term relationships.
  • Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with clients and talent, ensuring satisfaction and engagement.
  • Manage the logistics of securing gigs and performances, including scheduling, negotiations, and marketing.
  • Identify and implement strategies for new customer acquisition to continually grow the business.
  • Handle follow-ups diligently with potential talents and clients to ensure engagement and service continuity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in talent management, particularly in the Media and Entertainment Industry.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with proficiency in digital marketing tools.
