2) Creating assessment approaches to identify talent 

3) Developing and presenting pitches to potential clients

4) Evaluating talent.

5) Conducting research on potential clients. 

6) Creating marketing strategies to promote clients. 

7) Negotiating prospective business deals.

8) Selling services and follow ups with the potential talent. 

9) Securing and marketing gigs and performances. 

10) Developing strategies for identifying new customers.

Requirements:  
•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proven experience as a sales executive or similar role • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously • Familiarity with computer systems and applications such as CRM software and Microsoft Office 4 • Good organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
Education and Experience: 
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred • Prior experience in sales or business development  is highly preferred.
